Stress is one of the strength of the force someone to change, grow, fight, adapt or benefit. All events in life, even a positive result in stress. For example, promotion is a positive change, but the new responsibilities can cause stress.

Stress in the life of someone who is good, but it will cause problems when the stress is excessive. Various aberration related stress is heart disease, stomach, allergies, asthma, hypertension and possibly cancer. Stress can also cause psychological problems, such as depression, fear, indifference, abuse and aberration eat alcohol and drugs.

It is the secret, stress can be one of the causes of the occurrence of problems in the stomach. Akan stomach problems associated with nutritional problems, poor nutrition habits can cause stress.
